What is AIC?
AIC is a sub-set of iGen Foundation established as a collaboration of those committed to social inclusion through intercultural practice, processes, policy and research.

AIC membership is open to all who seek to enable greater social inclusion through intercultural practices, processes, advocacy and research.
We invite you to join and where possible contribute to building this collaboration in keeping with the spirit of the recent Victorian Multicultural Review "Rebuilding Trust: for a Multicultural Victoria" and the Australian Government's Multicultural Framework Review.
What are the objectives?

Provide a forum for peer support and information exchange among those committed to intercultural practice and research.

Support Australian cities to adopt and develop intercultural policies and practices by providing briefings on intercultural approaches to elected officials and council staff and assisting policymakers to develop intercultural strategies and practices

Raise the awareness in businesses and community organisations of how interculturalism promotes relevance, particularly in times of complexity and uncertainty

Foster communication and collaboration between Australian and international intercultural practitioners and cities which encourages further development of intercultural policies and practices

Promote the intercultural practice and approaches in public forums in Australia.
