IYE Pre-Accelerator (2025 Cohort)
Overview
IYE Pre-Accelerator is a fully funded, six-month program designed for young business leaders aged 15 to 30 who are ready to turn their business ideas into reality.
Thanks to the support of generous individuals and corporate sponsors, participation is completely free. The only requirement is your full commitment to the program and the development of your business.
Over six months, you’ll gain the practical knowledge and skills needed to turn your business idea into a successful venture. Through a mix of monthly in-person workshops, 1-on-1 mentorship, and hands-on activities, you’ll learn about business development, marketing, finances, and more. You’ll also develop essential skills in networking, resilience, and time management.
Who should apply?
This program is for young people aged 15 to 30 who:

Have a business idea or early-stage venture;

Live in Melbourne or surrounding suburbs in Victoria; and

Are ready to commit to the program and take action on their idea.
Structure of IYE Pre-Accelerator Program
Duration: May - October 2025
Here’s what you’ll experience:

6 full-day business development workshops held in person at the Cornwall Melbourne office. A workshop each month, usually on the first Saturday of the month.

Up to 450 minutes of personalised 1:1 mentoring with a dedicated business mentor.

Short online workshops designed to complement your learning.

Unrestricted access to iGen Foundation’s extensive learning resources and supportive community network.
