Being part of this Collaboration gives community leaders the opportunity to:

work alongside others to identify problems and develop solutions that are grounded in their community's own knowledge and experience
-
come together to respond to shared challenges, local issues, and difficult moments — as a community.
HOW DOES IT WORK?
NO AGENDA. NO MINUTES.
IT'S NOT A LEADERSHIP PROGRAM.
IT’S NOT A COMMUNITY ORGANISATION.
IT’S NOT A WELFARE SERVICE.
IT’S NOT A CONSULTATION.
IT’S A CONVERSATION.
This Collaboration is shaped by community leaders who set the direction, choose what to discuss, and focus on what's most relevant to their community.
There are no KPI’s or predetermined outcomes, just honest conversations and the chance to build something meaningful together.
Depending on the decision of Collaboration members, gatherings are likely to be every every six to eight weeks.
A skilled Conversation Facilitator supports safe, nuanced, inclusive and respectful intercultural dialogue.
A Collaboration Capacity and Capability Builder supports the formation and strengthening of the Collaboration.
